Store keeper is the essential person for the store. He’s the accountable for the store department & in addition responsible for store control. The primary duties of the store keeper is various & varied according to the organization construction.

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join Stores Workforce in Head Office, situated in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah.

Storekeeper is playing a key role in the proper care and maintenance of inventory, including ordering, receiving and managing stock.

Key Duties & Authorities

Plans storage requirements & conditions at the assigned stores

Prepares work schedule for stores and workshop workers to ensure continual coverage always

Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages, expenditures, & goods received, used or issued

Receive store materials as per purchase order

Issue, organize and keep the record of semi-finished materials from production

Keep the Store neat & tidy

Manage the Store and keep the minimum & maximum quantity of materials and give assist to all departments & avoid any mistake

Carry out other duties as assigned by management and/or Supervisor.

Skills

Diploma holder and Bachelor degree is advantage.

4-6 years of experience in Stores with industrial materials/equipment.

Excellent knowledge of inventory control procedure & inventory system.
