Front Desk Office Receptionist Needed In South Africa🇿🇦

A receptionist is a staff taking an office or administrative support position. The work is often carried out in a waiting area such as a lobby or front office desk of a company or enterprise. The title receptionist is attributed to the person who is employed by a company to receive or greet any guests, patients, or clients and answer phone calls.

Some of the Reception Supervisor duties include:

  • Monitoring member access & overrides.
  • Managing a workforce.
  • Coaching new or Receptionists.
  • Reception inventory control
  • Resolving member complaints & queries.
  • Communication with members and employees (greeting and making members feel welcome).
  • Managing payments & other financial duties.
  • Assisting with Club Administration when needed.

  • Own vehicle
  • Must be capable of work shifts
